I love all of the doctors. They take care of not only my Perkins but they care about the family as well. My dog ( who is a regular patient here) was attacked and they not only treated him right away but also took the time to sit and talk with me while I was upset. We have been so happy with each visit. The techs and reception staff are all wonderful as well(:
My dog had surgery there today for a fractured jaw. I can't tell you how happy I am with the level of care we received. Everyone was so kind, compassionate, and competent. The front desk, the technicians, and Dr Washington all displayed not only professionalism, but sincere concern for my Charlie. I was well informed thru ought the process. We live in Glenview so this is not my normal vet, but I would go back in a heartbeat if we lived closer! Thank you!!!

I called yesterday with a very sick kitty, who had not been seen at this location for many years. Molly belonged to my parents, my Mom passed away this past Monday and now Molly was sick. The got me in right away and unfortunately there was nothing we could do for Molly she was 17 and very sick. We sent Molly to go be with my Mom. The staff (sorry I don't remember names) was compassionate to both me and Molly. This was so painful but they helped so much. Thanks to all who were working yesterday! Marie Cleary(Fishman)
We had emergency this morning and the outcome was not good... however the compassion and care from Dr. Stapleton and the staff was beyond fantastic. The waiting room was crowded and when they saw my husband with our English Bulldog in his arms they stopped and rushed her back. There are no words to describe how we were treated. Thank you to everyone on staff this morning.
