RecommendedNot only did they make sure my dog’s yearly visit was affordable for me but also helped jump my car when the battery failed. Above and beyond service and highly recommend! Thank you again. ❤️🐶🚘
Nice people but extremely overpriced. Never once did they quote and be in that range, it was always over. They also did a terrible hack job surgery on a removal of a tumor - it looked like they butchered our poor girl and even the emergency vet in Buffalo Grove commented on it when we saw them. We now drive out to Crystal Lake for vet services for our 3 dogs and it’s well worth the drive.
dont go here!!! we were told one price for extraction of cats teeth than they came out and said they couldn't do them all and we would have to come back and billed care credit a second time for even more money SCAM ARTISTS/FRAUD
Such an amazing place. So inviting inside and the staff is SO friendly and helpful. Dr. Stapleton is the greatest! Rizzo loves her!
What a wonderful and caring group of vets, techs, and front office professionals. We are so fortunate to have BAH just down the street. They have saved one my cat's lives in an emergency and provide great maintenance care. They specialize in dental health, as well. Their compassion is real, and they have been there for my family when we lost a cat to cancer; they even came to our home to humanely help our boy move on. BAH is an exceptional business.
From the staff at the front desk, to the techs, to the doctors, BAH is the BEST! Professional, caring service for your furry loved ones. Highly recommend!
Really frustrated by poor communication about treatment options for my puppy's dental issue and the team's lack of response to my concerns about it causing him pain.
Thank you BAH, you were so wonderful to Myles over the years and helping us put him into a better place. Your entire staff was so wonderful when we had to say goodbye to Myles. He and our family will be forever grateful.
