Since the company was sold it has gone downhill. I bought a new humidifier for my furnace and so far have had 2 floods. I have been waiting over a month for someone to come and check it out. This is unacceptable. Even when they make an appointment they don’t show and don’t call. I need better service
Strongly Recommend to NEVER hire this company for work due to excessive overcharge of work performed. I called to have a bathtub drain shoe replaced. I agreed to a Saturday service charge of $145. The tech promptly arrived at 7:30 am, he completed the replacement by 9am (90 minutes total). This company attempting to charge me $562.00 for 90 minutes of labor. *** ******* requested a Saturday call, this is considered an After Hours call. The $145.00 charge was to trouble shoot the problem. The additional charges we based on Book rate for after hours repair. *** *******spoke with the plumbing manager expressing his concern. To resolve the issue we adjusted his service bill to a normal Hourly rate for the call and the customer agreed to pay the service bill.
