I’m over this place and their inability to every give accurate answers, it’s always a money grab “oh we need to complete the $179 diagnosis first” I was in the other day speaking with an advisor about a part which was quoted at “about $60” booked in a service to have this part replaced… ya $300 plus dollars later, and they won’t give you a quote, without a diagnostic, so best case you are walking out spending min $200.
