He absolutely needs to have his license revoked or at least investigated. I've been left without medications several times over the past three years when his office just decides to ghost me. Communication is extremely poor, his receptionist always makes it out to be the patients problem. I've actually had to go to the emergency rooms on several occasions just to get refills for meds that aren't supposed to be stopped abruptly as it can be dangerous. I had a great experience with Dr. Rajakowa; he was very kind and patient.
If I could leave NO STARS I would. No doctor should be allowed to work from home. Extremely disturbing how he doesn't reply back to emails, calls, (even if you email to reply) NO ONE ever returns calls even on the few days he's actually working in office. How can a doctor do this to a patient? Yet, a call from pharmacy and he's quick to respond for refills. This doctor needs to be under review. His practice is unprofessional. I had a phone appointment on September 17th and they never called or contacted me. I have tried to call them back and email them but they never called my back and I keep getting a very confusing email about the system being down and to call them. However when I call them theres no answering machine and they just hang up after a few rings.
