Terrible customer service. I went yesterday to do an oil change and they said no time and told me to Come the next morning. Came in this morning for 7:30 and first of all no one at the service acknowledges you and finally one of the service people (Caroline) said are uou waiting for Me? I said someone as no one is helping me. And then they basically didn’t even want to take my car in like leave it here all day and we will try and get to it.
