First time ever visiting this dealership on Saturday 5 Apr 2025, and went to the parts counter to check prices on wipers for my wives SUV. I was helped by a woman (unsure of her name). When she told me the price for both wipers and that she had the parts on hand, I asked about price matching which she immediately responded "No!" in a rude manner and disappeared to get the parts. Just want to share my first and only experience at this dealership. I booked a test drive for Pilot 2025 Black edition and got a call right away to get early appointment for it. I got there on time with my family with excitement my mind to show my family the car i wanted to buy. It was all messed up when i knew that they actually booked my appointment just half an hour before the dealership closing time. Had a great experience with Ruslana one of the sales people there. She was never pushy with me which I really like. It wasn't that vibe where a salesperson is out to make a sale. I decided on a beautiful brand new Honda civic hybrid. I absolutely love my new vehicle!!! It makes all the difference to get a car you are going to love getting into each day.
