Dr. Haines is the GOAT. He was my mother’s primary physician since before I was born, and he’s been my doctor my entire life. He is exceptional. You can always count on Dr. Haines to be patient and calm. He is deeply knowledgeable and unfailingly professional while still managing to be approachable. does this place ever answer the phone? do they actually have real people working there? reviews im seeing mention that reception is terrible, calling it terrible would mean they exist in some form, which is seems they do not, will be reporting this office to the colleges.
I had an appointment scheduled for this week for renewing my perception. Had a accident which required an early appointment so they moved my appointment instead of booking a new earlier appointment. Now that I don't have an appointment they are asking for a $25 fee to renew my prescription without an appointment. YOU changed/canceled my appointment not me. I shouldn't be being charged to get a renewal for medication you decided I need, you forced this to happen
Doctor is okay and some of the staff are nice but the main receptionist is incredibly disrespectful and she keeps getting more rude to a point where I don't even want to call when I need to see my doctor.
