Good afternoon everyone and please allow me a few moments of your time to say a few things about our agent Ashley Lamb and the team that she introduced my wife and I to… Just simply outstanding and professional from the minute we met her until the contract was signed…. We had so many questions as new condo owners and Ashley and her team were there with answers every time…. From the Boardroom to the picnic table at Centennial Park… We are indebted to you Ashley, Chris and Kasumi :)
Ashley Lamb went above and beyond to assist us in the purchase of our new condo! We would be happy to refer her to anyone who has questions!! It was a wonderful experience! Thank you so much, Ashley!! On the sale side of our house….what can we say; our house sold conditionally during the first open house! Kudos to Jim Wright! Ashley and Jim are experts, and we would highly recommend this “team” for either condo and/or house sales!! Bruce & Donna Steward
Wonderful experience. I would highly recommend them if you’re looking at a condo townhouse/apartment. Very knowledgeable with the ins and outs of condo fees. Kathy
Ashley was a very good choice for us. Always available and very knowledgeable about condos in general and condo market in Barrie Very pleasant and easy to work with. Highly recommended to anyone going through the traumatic house to condo downsizing process. .
