21 August 2026, 1:35pm. The front-desk staff member wearing a black dress and large glasses was very unprofessional. She charged me for a previous missed appointment without informing me beforehand. Although I did not mind paying the fee, I politely asked another staff member whether it could be waived as a one-time courtesy, as it would not happen again.
