A great place to workout! The instructors are all knowledgeable and very nice. The music and energy is fun! My favorite is Trampoline Sculpt! It’s easy on the knees and a good cardio workout.

I am loving the updates at Barreworks! It will take me a little while to get used to not calling it "pop". Same great instructors, but updated looks, props, and classes! I have gone to classes throughout the South Bay, and this is the best studio I have found. I like how it has hardwood floors rather than carpet, the studio is kept very clean.
