If I could give lower than 1 star, I would. They towed a friend's car from private property and tried to charge all kinds of extra illegal fees. The woman on the phone was very rude and hateful and insisted that all the fees were legal. This despite the fact that I was looking at the TCA code while on the phone. They are ripoff artists of the worst kind!!
The only wrecker service to call. They have saved me many many times. Gerald and Mike are my favorite but I know all the other driver are good also. Fair and honest
Sooooo THANKFUL FOR BARRETT'S TOWING!!! Stranded, kid at school, husband in a meeting, I was really concerned. They came out quickly, and was so respectful and kind!!! BARRETT'S TOWING, YOU GUYS ROCK!!! God bless!!!
Came and scooped up my old one ton dually Chevrolet last year from the middle of Thompson and broad. Arrived quickly and was extremely nice and courteous. Would recommend to anybody.
