Dr. Woods without a doubt has been one of the most compassionate, caring, knowledgeable, Surgeons I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He preformed a flawless Anterior Cervical Discectomy and Fusion operation on my neck relieving the nerves that were pinched and causing me unbearable pain. I can not say enough about Dr. Woods. I would recommend Dr. Woods to anyone who needs any kind of spinal surgery. Definitely one of the best!

After being in severe pain for 3 months and having 2 epidural injections with no relief, I was referred to Dr. Woods. He reviewed my MRI and knew exactly how to fix I my problem. Within 2 weeks I was scheduled for surgery and had a spinal laminectomy on 12/5/17 and woke up pain free! I was prepared to trade my sciatic leg pain for the pain of surgery, but the day after surgery I had neither type of pain. I could not be happier that I went to Dr. Wood-I regret I didn't go sooner!

Spent two years with other doctors and well known hospitals in the area. It was a waste of time and money. Had enough and went to Rothman and met with Dr. woods. Within a month he operated and I could not be any happier. Easy to talk to and an all around great guy.

I would recommend Dr. Woods to anyone. I found Dr. Woods to be extremely personable. He has a great "bedside manner". He took his time and explained (with such confidence) how he could help me. I felt very comfortable having him perform my surgery. He is a breath of fresh air!

I was in extreme pain for the past three months. In fact, I could barely get out of bed. Dr. Woods performed a minimally invasive lumbar laminectomy on me two weeks ago. From the time I woke up the pain in my back and left leg were gone. I have had no pain at all and I am walking fine. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr Woods. During our first office visit he thoroughly explained everything to my husband and me I found him to be a very compassionate, knowledgeable surgeon.

My first visit with Dr. Woods was on Aug 8,2017, I found him charismatic, comforting extremely thorough in detailing my condition and the direction he considered the best course of action for my surgery and recovery. He answered every question concerning the Spinal Laminectomy and Fusion he proposed, explaining the X-rays, MRI, and my diagnosis. He showed me X-rays of a comparable surgery he had performed. Since Sep 2, I have been walking without aid or restrictions. Trust-worthy and skilled!!

Dr. Woods was a god send. I was experiencing severe back pain. I asked around about the best surgeon for back pain. I was referred to Dr. Woods by friends. When I met him he ordered an MRI. We went over the results together and Dr. Woods determined what I needed. Surgery was scheduled and now I am back to my normal life again. Thanks to Dr. Woods.

In July 2017 Dr. Barrett Woods did a lumbar surgery on my back. He was very nice, sincere, and professional. He fully explained every step of the process and I never felt lost and confused. He took the time to see me as an individual and treat me like I was his only patient. I'm still healing but am feeling much better. Thank you Dr. Woods. I would 100% recommend him.

Dr. Woods is an excellent surgeon. He has wonderful attitude and is extremely concerned about his patients. I would recommend him to anyone. He is caring and understanding. I was lucky enough to get him as my doctor when I went to Rothman. He is #1.
