Throughout our process in applying for a home loan, Todd was extremely professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. He truly let us in the right direction and empowered us to make decisions that were appropriate for our situation. No question was too small for him to respond same day, and I felt like he always had a finger on the pulse throughout the process. We would highly recommend him to anybody who is looking for a home loan!

Todd was great to work with. He was always available to answer questions, even on nights and weekends, and completed things quickly and efficiently. I never felt pressured in any way; Todd would just keep me updated of all my options, the current market, and when I said "go" he was on it!. Not only did he get me a great rate, he was able to comply with a very quick turnaround time. This is my 2nd loan with the Barrett Mortgage Team and I will certainly go to them for any others. Highly recommend to anyone.
