I highly recommend working with Todd. He did a fantastic job managing our mortgage process from start to finish. Todd was exceptionally responsive and willing to answer our questions. He always picked up the phone (even on weekends and holidays) and was knowledgeable about every step of the process. He was flexible and willing to find solutions that worked for everyone involved. Todd was great to work with. He was always available to answer questions, even on nights and weekends, and completed things quickly and efficiently. I never felt pressured in any way; Todd would just keep me updated of all my options, the current market, and when I said "go" he was on it!. Not only did he get me a great rate, he was able to comply with a very quick turnaround time. This is my 2nd loan with the Barrett Mortgage Team and I will certainly go to them for any others. Highly recommend to anyone.

Todd was amazing! He worked incredibly hard to make sure the loan process was smooth and easy as possible. The HOA on this particular unit was really tricky but Todd went the extra mile to track down all the information we needed. He kept my clients in the loop every step of the way and we even had a quick closing! Todd's service and expertise really set him about the rest and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home.

Throughout our process in applying for a home loan, Todd was extremely professional, responsive, and knowledgeable.
