Mike is the smart, no-nonsense plumber you want when you've got a problem other plumbers may not want to bother with. He fixed a high-end German shower valve that was stuck on lukewarm. I was advised there are no replacement parts, but Mike didn't buy that. He found what was needed and fixed it no problem. His pricing was extremely fair. He knew I was in a tight spot, and saved me a lot of time and my tenants a lot of hassle. This guy and his team are the best.
He was responsive and worked hard at my house to get to the root cause of a leak plus also fixed a few other problems I had had. He also recommended someone for the next steps we'd need to take with repairs outside his scope of work. He will definitely be our go to going forward.
Mike has done about 10 installations or repairs on our property, and I’m always impressed by his efficiency, cleanliness, and his work. He is very clear as to availability and comes at the promised time, also a big plus in a busy day. Pricing is fair and honest. I recommend him to friends all the time.
Highly recommend Mike Barrett Plumbing. It's his business so he is vested and takes great pride in his work. Other local businesses have answering services and send junior people on the job 5 days later unless you want to pay overtime. He took care of two issues for me within 24 hours, very fair pricing. Also, he solved a leak mystery that two other plumbers could not figure out. It felt good to write a check to him for his work, vs paying for the overhead of a larger business.
