Unfortunately very disappointed in this local business. We bought a Grundfos booster pump from Barrett in Dec 2022. Come Oct 2023 the pump malfunctions and floods under our house with over a foot and a half of water. The pump is under warranty for 24 months, however the service rep at Barrett told our licensed plumber that it’s almost a year old and we shouldn’t push the warranty. Further when I reached out for an update I was given attitude. We live up a hill, my water pressure is incredibly impacted. We cannot run our dish... read more
