Terrible experience living here! The management is unprofessional and does nothing to create a welcoming or friendly environment. The apartments are run down and in serious need of updates, yet they charge premium prices that are far from justified. The atmosphere feels cold, and many residents are unfriendly, which adds to the unpleasant vibe. Great place to live. There have been major renovations and improvements made under the new management who took over ownership at the end of 2021. Such changes include a new beautiful and inviting lobby, new landscaping, new carpet and lighting on every floor to name a few , parcel lockers and a virtual doorman make this an entirely new Royal Towers. The first floor apartments were very noisy. I had to move, because of the noise. Every time it snowed we would have to move our vehicles. The superintendent with white hair is an idiot and unprofessional. He yells at the renters.

Since new management the garbage rooms have been replaced with a dumpster, the grounds look like crap the floor creak and groan, raise rent every year. Sporadic heat if at all.

Ever since new management took ov er, the grounds look like crap, we get no heat on 50 degree days, our garbage rooms were replaced by a dumpster in the backyard and they literally raise the rent every year.

My husband and I moved to Colebrook Apts from California 5 months ago. The office staff was wonderful, very helpful answering our questions and handling our long distance paperwork. We were pleasantly surprised that our apartment was even nicer than we had imagined (we had made the decision to take our apartment sight unseen.) The apartments and grounds are well maintained and the staff is always ready to help with any question or concern you may have. We are very happy we chose Colebrook Apartments.
