Purchased a VW Jetta, the transaction went smooth however there was a small issue. I found while driving at night the headlights would go off while I was driving. I love the experience of Barrett's in both the sales and service departments! I always feel like they treat you like a friend and don't try to sell you any services you dont need. On the sales side you never experience the creepy lurking sales person. Each time I bought a car from Barrett's I gave them very specific requirements and they always delivered!
These guys are the best! The car buying experience was the best I have had out of my last several purchases. Quick and no haggle. Big emphasis on the quick part! Also had an issue and the service department was great! Will purchase from them again! Highly recommend anyone from Southwest Iowa go and see them!

Everyone here has made this car buying experience the least stressful one I’ve had. They were understanding to my situation and helped me get out of the car I was in without being to far upside down.
