you take Long time waiting 2 hour
For one thing, they can answer their phones! Nobody calls you back when you leave a message!! I was #1 in the queue and still got dumped to the answering machine TWICE! Whoever runs this place needs to get more efficient people in there to answer the phones!
Took my kids there for immunizations because doctors office doesnt give them after 45 minute wait and people coming in 30 minutes after us got called back they finally remembered to pull their charts so they would get called hour and a half wait for one shot. Completely outrageous!!!!!!
I hate going to the Health department because it looks so dirty I know it’s not the employees fault it’s because the building is old .I also do not appreciate it being looked down on forgetting such services as WIC the only good program that comes out of the health department is their hands program Tara and Christie and her supervisor is amazing I strongly recommend any expecting mother or A child under two to get involved in this program it will change your life for the best
