I was charged a $40 no-show fee, which I understand and accept, even though I called and explained the situation. However, it’s frustrating that when I arrived on time for my next scheduled appointment at 4:00 PM, I was left waiting for 20 minutes without explanation. During that time, another customer arrived and was taken almost immediately. Tocara absolutely killed it. She did EXACTLY what I wanted and even added her own professional style and opinion. Could not have been a better experience. 10/10 go there, request her, she will create the image you want for yourself :)

If you make appointments they still rush you. Asking to get your beard trimmed and even parts is too much to ask apparently. For 40 dollars the least you can do is give a peaceful experience, talking about dog excrement during a conversation is crazy work.I want my man to look good and feel good. Do him right.
