Oh my! Pre-Thanksgiving workout today by Tori was a Krazy Killer for the body! Loved every focused, intentional, shaking moment!
Finally- a work out I enjoy and look forward to! I've never felt so relaxed after a session that kicks your butt every time. All of the the instructors are wonderful, welcoming and accommodating to all skill levels. Truly a well rounded workout good for mind, body and soul! Everyone must try Barre3 at least once!
I had my first class tonight and it was amazing. The energy and positive energy was amazing. The facility is spotless and inviting. The instructor, Tory, was amazing! I thought I was in shape but we worked muscles I never thought I had. I will be making Barre 3 a must during my week!
So excited to find barre3 in Raleigh! Tori was a fabulous instructor with high energy and great cues. Thank you girls for making me feel so welcome. Raleigh friends- get to barre3 ASAP!
Barre3 is amazing!! One of the best workouts I have ever done and have noticed changes in my body that I didn't know could happen. Every teacher is amazing and the facility is top notch. I always look forward to coming and working out!! I love barre3!!!
