I took an intro class here, liked it enough to buy a two-week pass, and told a friend to come try it with me. Friday was supposed to be my first class as a paying member. It was also my last. I arrived ten minutes late after an hour in the car following summer camp dropoff with unexpected traffic. I was told at the desk I couldn’t go in. I just started attending classes here a month ago and I’ve been incredibly impressed with all of the instructors! The staff is friendly, kind, energetic, and seem to really love what they do. Barre3 is a low impact but highly effective workout and modifications are always offered. The breathwork at the end of class is a nice touch too 👏🏼
