Great classes and variety of classes, awesome instructors, positive vibes! Can't go wrong with self care! And for every level, even physical and mental recovery, with all modifications to fit your level. Can't say enough good things about this happy place of mine!
Love it here! Classes are amazing, the staff is super friendly and helpful, and best of all, they have childcare!! Could not have done this without the amazing staff at childcare. Thank you!
Due to their modifications, I have been able to work out successfully again, even with connective tissue issues. It has been a wonderful experience!
I have been going to B3 Bethlehem for a year and it has been an incredible journey! My health has improved, my energy level is crazy, have many new friends, instructors are incredible, knowledgeable, friendly and guide us to our best. Definitely recommend it!
