This place is seriously the most humbling and intense workout I have ever experienced. All the instructors are amazing and have so much knowledge about the workout and your body. I love how there are so many different modifications as well . This is the only place I was able to truly see results. The community and friendships you build along the way are amazing as well.
Barre3 classes are amazing hitting all the parts and areas of your body. You get to relax and work on your breath at the end of class, it’s my fav part of class after a great intense work out. Studio is beautiful , neat and classy. The instructors are friendly but don’t let that fool you, you work hard in every class you attend. My strength and flexibility has increased amazingly. So glad i found this studio. I mostly choose the first class of the day and it set my day!
I have been attending B3 Lakewood Ranch since it opened 10 years ago, and it has always delivered. It has been a great way for me to cross-train as I've prepared to run multiple marathons throughout the years. The classes are as challenging as you'd like/need them to be, as the instructors offer ways to modify movements along the way. Barre3 was exactly what I needed after having my fourth baby to finally start feeling like myself again. The workout is like no other! Every workout feels new and different! The best part is the play lounge, so they allow for us busy mamas to get their workouts!
Nikki and her team provide an incredible engaging workout with the ultimate wellness experience in mind! Highly recommend this barre3 studio for those looking for a low impact workout on the body but high return on results!
