So thankful to have found Barre3! I absolutely love the workouts and classes — they’re challenging (in the best way) but always modifiable, which makes them feel accessible no matter where you are from a fitness perspective. The instructors are all amazing and genuinely helpful, and this location having a play lounge with childcare is such a game changer. The studio is consistently clean and welcoming, and the community is truly special — I’ve met so many kind people and always look forward to going. Highly recommend!
From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels welcoming and uplifting. The owner and team are incredibly personable and professional — they genuinely care about each person who comes through the door and go out of their way to be helpful and supportive. Absolutely love Barre 3 Lakewood Ranch! Great workout vibe & even better people!!
As a mom of two, it was hard to get into a fitness routine that I enjoyed. I was introduced to Barre3 about 1 month ago and have fallen in love with the workouts. Not only do they challenge me to get back into shape,as a once avid cross fitter and college athlete, but I have found a community of those who uplift me in unexpected ways.
