New to Pilates? So was I. I was nervous as heck and scared to try something new but now I can’t get enough.. I LOVE IT. Kelly the owner is so welcoming and instantly made me comfortable. It’s challenging but in the best, calmest way. Barre Roots has made me fall in love with moving my body in a way I never knew it could. It’s also so inclusive of every level and age, which I love and inspires me every class!
Kelly is a fantastic instructor that really knows her stuff. She has great form and offers helpful tips throughout the practice while delivering amazingggg energy. I also really appreciate her modifications for postpartum moms!
Kelly and her team truly are remarkable. They make Pilates fun and worth the effort while keeping the vibes high. They’re attentive and constantly looking for ways to not only improve their classes but help improve your personal goals. Barre Roots offers helpful workshops, one on ones and group classes. It’s challenging in an effective way, and I love showing up for class! I will keep coming back. Bonus is it’s a great way to meet new people in the area!
Kelly Porter & Barre Roots, there is SO MUCH to say! What Kelly has created and built is unmatched to say the least. Barre roots is such a Great community of welcoming friendly people of all walks of life and ages. I feel apart of something bigger than me and am always in such a good mode after being in the studio.
