I've been going to Barre Envy for over 10 years. Life is so busy, but if I'm consistent, I notice that I feel amazing, my posture is better, and I'm stronger. I love how that the studio is small, and the instructors all bring their own style. I especially love Dara's class. Her energy is always so positive, her class different and challenging every time, and the music she chooses makes the class fly by.
I LOVE Barre envy , always a great low impact work out . Great atmosphere and vibe. Love all the teachers, especially Brittany ! 10/10
