Barre energy is absolutely amazing. I recently had my second child and I knew I wanted/needed to get back into shape both physically and mentally. These classes have helped me in so many ways. I love it here!!!! Thank you both Natalie and Lisa - you guys are amazing �

This is the best class ever i have done it all including cross fit ,boot camp, pole dancing, kick boxing ,gyms, but i love this the most i have seen the best results the fastest foing barre and the instructors are awesome gals
