The best dentist I've ever been to. I've had a lot of work done there recently getting ready for ortho and I'm so impressed by the cleanliness, staff, and timing. Ms. Marla at the front is so sweet and pleasant to speak with. She is constantly up to date with all of my info and keeps up with my file. Dr. Brock has referred me to two other specialists and I couldn't be happier with how it worked out either. My whole family will be going here for as long as we live in Lafayette!
Barras Family Dentistry says it all. A family business making their patients feel like they are family too. We've been seeing them for about 8 years and have always received the highest care from them. My two weekend emergency incidents were taken care of extremely fast. They make it their business to see to all of our needs and also follow up to make sure we are doing ok. The staff are all so nice and friendly. Well I used to hate going to the dentist. Barras and the employees are so wonderfully gentle and caring. It is almost like visiting friends. Lyndi is my hygienist. She is awesome, professional yet friendly, gives me tips and walks me thru what she is doing.
Dr. Barras and his staff make going to the dentist such a pleasant experience! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a kind, patient and friendly staff and dentist!

Dr. Christy and Dr. Brock are awesome!!! Their office feels like a family environment, and they are all so sweet and helpful. Dr. Brock took out my wisdom teeth yesterday, not only did it not take long but he was very caring and gentle. I barely hurt today. I would recommend this office to everyone and anyone.
Happy, nice, engaged people work here. They are never in a rush and do things the right way! Highly recommend.
