The front desk was disorganized and my appointment started late. The dentist rushed through my exam and barely listened to my concerns. I felt like just another number, not a patient. The cleaning was rough and left my gums sore for days. When I asked about pricing, I got vague answers and later found unexpected charges on my bill. Overall, a disappointing experience from start to finish. I will not be coming back.
It’s the greatest Dentist office I’ve ever been, Dr khodai is so knowledgeable and sweet to her patients, great staff and service, My son and daughter and I been her patients for 25 years, we gladly go all the way from LA to Irvine to see her, Dr khodai is the best!
Never had an issue w/ scheduling, so 5 starts on that. Great front desk staff, always feel welcomed. Also, a great place for routine cleaning, 5 starts. However, I don't understand the endless 5-star reviews... not everyone only does cleaning, right? I had one filling done @ Barranca Dental Excellence, which resulted in the toothache I had never had before.
