Not worth the trouble at all. Took forever to get seen and the insurance process was absoultely confusing, they didn't even call back when they said they would.

I needed a new dentist for my son who turned 18 and could not longer be seen at his pediatric dentist office. I was referred to Barranca Canyon dentistry by a close friend. From my first call, I knew this was the place for us. The front office staff was patient and so accommodating to our scheduling needs. So frustrated after my appointment this morning. The front desk lady was rude from the moment I walked in and made me feel like I was bothering her just by being there. I waited almost 40 minutes past my appointment time even though I showed up early like they asked. The hygenist was nice enough but kept rushing through the cleaning like she had somewhere else to be. Went in for a simple cleaning and came out feeling like I got scammed. They tried to upsell me on some deep cleaning thing I didn't need, and thier insurance verification was all wrong so I ended up paying more than I was supposed to... The front desk girl was nice but the dentist barely spoke to me, just looked at my teeth and walked out. They made me wait 45 minutes past my appointment time with no explanation at all. I wont be going back, definately not worth the hassle.

I really wanted to like this place. The office is conveniently located and the facility itself looks modern enough. But my experience was frustrating from the moment I walked in. First, the wait time was excessive. I arrived on time for my appointment and still sat in the waiting room for nearly thirty five minutes before anyone called me back.
