Very disappointing experience with the hostess. She was rude, unprofessional, and clearly she doesn’t have customer service training. The first impression of any restaurant starts at the front door, and in this case, her attitude completely ruined our appetite. I would not recommend this place, as good customer service is essential from the moment you walk in.
Great atmosphere, great service and delicious food though it fell short on beverages and menu options were limited
Fuimos un sábado alrededor de las 5:00 p. m. y nos encontramos con que cuatro platillos no estaban disponibles. Se entiende que ocasionalmente algún platillo pueda agotarse, pero, considerando que el menú no es tan extenso, me sorprendió que hubiera tantas opciones fuera de disponibilidad un sábado y a esa hora. Ojalá puedan mejorar este aspecto, porque el lugar tiene potencial, pero este tipo de detalles terminan afectando la experiencia.
