RecommendedVery friendly staff, easy to work with them and very respectful every time we contacted them, very impressed with the security at this location. Rented 2 separate units in different building never had any issues with units. Cannot see us using any other storage location.
Roof vents leaked water onto all of my items in the storage unit. I don’t have anything insured but insured or not you shouldn’t have to worry about the roof leaking. Heard multiple customers called for the same issue and they were not offering any good faith discounts or even a free month or two. Also the rep I spoke with did not seem very genuinely apologetic about their building issue. Barr Storage has a FANTASTIC facility! Everything is very secure including video surveillance and electronic gate system. The process to sign for my unit took only a few moments and the Barr Staff was very friendly and helpful in making the decision on what unit I needed. I would HIGHLY recommend Barr Storage to anyone that is looking for a secure location to store their belongings!
