Excellent professional interactions with both Dr. Barr and Jim- both have a very caring, down to earth attitude. And best of all…excellent results for my son!
Jim the technician is fabulous, and he has really helped me achieve my goals. However, the backend office and specifically Dr. Barr is very disorganized. He lost my intake papers, credit card information, and even sent me a form with another patient's name on it (big red flag on how seriously he takes privacy).

In addition, I am yet to receive a refund for an incorrect charge. I've texted him several times and received a response a couple of times saying he'll take care of it, but he never did.
