I was a new patient with a routine cleaning and had a very good experience! My technician was Chandelle (I think I got the spelling right) and she did a great job, and even had loops which I thought was awesome (Google loop glasses). I thought it was very clean, professional, and organized. Dr. Barr is a busy doctor but made sure I was well taken care of. Also, she has donkeys so that makes her that much cooler. Thank you!
Horrible practice with bad communication, shoddy work and staff that lies left and right. Promised they were could with people with anxiety. They arent. Dropped me and my appointment with no communication. Crown keeps falling off. In reponse: I was alone, scared, hurt and asking for help. You dismissed me. Turns out the materials you used were subpar and you were using a different one now, so me calling out the quality is justified. Dr C Barr and the whole team are FANTASTIC! I am 76 and been to a bunch of Drs and she has a way with people , one of kind . The staff is amazing she should be very proud of her business and where she came from to achieve such a great business.Smitty
Dear Dr. Barr- I have recently taken down my 3 star rating post and have given you 5 stars. You and your team were very kind about my issues. Your practice is amazing and your service level is the best I’ve had. You deserve a fair and honest rating. I no longer live in the area but should I return you will for sure be the place I go to for my dental care needs.
