All were excellent.
You cannot easily speak to someone actually in the office without getting interference from call center personnel. They make it very difficult to communicate and the portal is not always the best way.
Listens and evaluates my problems and concerns. Discusses possible options, offers opinion but gives me time to make my own decision. Is respectful of my decisions.
