I wish I had the option of giving her 0 stars. If the name Rhonda Barovsky comes up, run. She is dishonest, disheveled, takes information out of context, uses references even when they refuse to sign the statement she writes up because it is inaccurate. She misleads, misinterprets, she is racist and not at all interested in the well being of the child.
