Strange & Interesting today; 9 Nov 2020. Called Lacey Petco today to make an appt for grooming, nice, they replied immediately, for an appt today at 1:30. The strange part was when I called back to Sinia (?) to confirm they recd the South Bay Vet Hosp. rabies proof of our pets updated rabies vaccination their correct req the grooming, Shinia launched on me & caught me total off guard saying I was nice earlier but if I continued to be rude to her she would not treat my pet today hmmmmm. Correction with Baroo Pet Spa - They are always top of the line in pet care, professionalism and always kind staff members. If they were not closed today (Monday) & I certainly understand their staff need days off, & I certainly would & will return to Baroo Pet Spa with my dogs. Reference my online poor Groomer customer service comment; They are in regards to our local Lacey PetCo (only the Grooming staff) & will never return to them with my small dog! They are fantastic! They have always been so friendly. They always do a great job on our dogs haircut. He is happy when we get there and happy when we pick him up. Would definitely recommend!
They do a wonderful and sensitive treatment of my aging Yorkie! Highly recommend this talented staff!
We were recommended Baroo Pet Spa by multiple of our friends and for good reason. They finished with Finn within a couple hours, and he came out smelling amazing and super soft! He was also super happy which shows he had a great experience behind doors. Very kind workers, and handled our big boy so well! Will be coming back!

Just took my puppy Koda here today and I am amazed with the service! They did a great job on his bath, nail clipping, and ear cleaning! Also he smelled amazing after his bath! No “wet dog” smell at all! They took great care of him! Will be making this his normal place. Picture is him at home passed out after!
