Buyers beware!!! No one will help you except your sales person and the regional manager does not return phone calls. After spending over fifteen thousand dollars in five appliances, three came damaged two with significant damages that should have never been packaged even to ship as it was all clearly damage prior to shipping. It has been nothing but a hassle and a wait to get items fixed. I will not buy from them again and will tell everyone go elsewhere!!
My husband and I just purchased a refrigerator from Barons .. Derick was so helpful on the phone with the speedy purchase due to the old one dying. Got the new one in 3 days. The delivery people were amazing .Very professional and strong.13 very steep steps they climbed no problem..Love the new fridge very roomy. Second appliance bought here and will do it again.
Baron's DOES not stand behind the CRAP they sell !! Go to Home Depot for much better service !!
I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Alex in the Plaistow store. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him to anyone shopping for appliances. The delivery men were great, too. Overall a very pleasant experience and I love my new appliances.
Do not buy! Very poor customer service. My ELDERLY parents bought a stove from Barons approx Nov 2018 First they had to have someone come to clean fingerprints from between the oven glass. They have had trouble baking/roasting things in the oven since the beginning. I finally tested the oven with 2 different thermometers and oven temp was off by 30 degrees. 10-16-19 Have warrantied repair person come test it. Needs parts 11-13-19 Appointment for parts installation. Repair person shows up to test oven. Has no idea about ... read more
