Walking in we were hoping for the best experience. This store was recommended by our repair man. The salesman we had started off ok, but then was not interested in really helping us. He seemed annoyed that we were there close to closing and was not very forthcoming in finding what we needed. Our overall experience was fair.
Very knowledgeable and the service was excellent!
Salesman was very nice. The rest was a nightmare. Bought the washer and then refunded because of the set up in my home. Called plumber and decided to do the work. Needed washer delivered prior to having work done. Reordered washer. Delivery day came. The men came in to deliver but wouldn't take the old one even though I was being billed for it because they wouldn't disconnect it. (They claim it was leaking which it was not and still isn't). Friendly, I was greeted immediately, sale took only a few minutes. Michael searched for the best rebates he could find, delivery was extremely fast and convenient
