I ordered four appliances from Barons and three were delivered okay. However, on my fridge, the first fridge delivered had a dented door. I asked for another fridge, and they sent me a floor model that had extensive and additional damage to the door and the sides! Even the delivery people suggested that I shouldn't accept that fridge because of how badly it was banged up. Run run,don't buy from barons the reviews are true. Purchased best washer they sell worked 1 year. Still waiting for repairs. It will be two months without a washer. Know told maybe July. I'll just have to take 1300 lose and buy another one.

We purchased (3) appliances from Baron's in January for a total of $4500.00. We were remodeling our kitchen. Unfortunately due to the pandemic, contractors, materials, etc. were busy or on back order. Example: Our kitchen faucet was ordered in February and was delivered in May. We picked out our Granite in March and it was installed on May 28th. Saturday, May 29th our GE Stove Stop from Baron's was unpackaged and set on top of the Granite on the Island. Spoke w/ Barron's to purchase a Weber BBQ Grill. I ask for a specific model and color, was told it was available from this BBQ Grill was available from the warehouse and would be delivered to my home in 7 days. When I followed up, I was told this model/color was not available and I could have an alternate color. I was told by the Barron's representative that she would contact her rep. Placed an order for a dishwasher on 11/20 so I called at end of Jan. for status. Was told a delivery of washers were coming soon. No call for 2weeks so I called again. Told big delivery coming again should be there. 2Weeks go by again, nothing. End of Feb. same story! March told me, your at the top of the list we'll call you in 2days, promise... what a joke! Canceled order, went on line ordered directly from manuf. and 5days later received tracking order. What a waste of time with Barons. I Became an excellent dishwasher.

Once they take your money, you will fall to the end of their delivery list. We had ordered a fridge on 5/24/20 and it is now 2/20/21. It has been 9 months since they cashed our check. Obviously COVID supply chain issues are a concern but when speaking with the delivery department, they had told us that there were 199 fridges that were on back order. There are now only 30. We ordered a black Whirlpool double oven glass top electric range at the end of November 2020 from Major Brands Concord NH store. We told them we needed one asap because the glass cooktop on our range developed a huge crack that included all but one burner. We were told that due to Covid-19 the stove wouldn't be available, possibly until mid January 2021. We agreed to this but reiterated the need for the range asap. We had an absolutely horrible experience at Baron's. We read all the negative reviews but Baron's said they could order and get the appliance(refrigerator) we were looking for. We had to pay full price to get the order placed. Appliance did not arrive by date expected. For the next SIX WEEKS the salesman lied to us about when and where our fridge was and one time virtually hung up on me. Terrible service. A nightmare. Poor communication. Deliveries scheduled but lost in transit. Purchased appliances that were to be held for us until our new house was ready; they weren't and two were no longer available when we tried to schedule delivery. One newly chosen appliance went to a town with the same name, in another state!!
