I got a top of the line Bosch refrigerator with ice and water dispenser. The first refrigerator made a noise and did not dispense water ( which later ended up being that the plastic line from my previous refrigerator wasn’t capable of the pressure needed). Baron’s made things right by delivering a new refrigerator. The 2 gentlemen that did the install/hook up hung in both times working on it for a few hours. Michael helped us find a fridge. He was polite and informative without being pushy or overbearing. When the fridge model we wanted turned out to be on backorder, he was able to offer the floor model at a reduced price. It was a pleasant experience from a family owned business that when I need another appliance I'll be coming back
I was referred to Barron's by a friend when my Dishwasher decide to die on me. When I walked in Nathan, a great guy greeted us with the friendly smile. We told him why we were there & he quickly showed us where all the diswashers were. I found one on line I liked & he took me right to it. Explained everything about it to me. Purchased GE stove and microwave in Manchester location. We were helped by Sales person Nathan who was patient , listened to our preferences then helped us select the right products. He walked us through choices and answered all our questions Nathan was attentive to detail , ensured we received the best delivery experience and our set up was complete. Delivery went smoothly and our new appliances are working . No complaints 5 star experience.
Barons really is a superior company to deal with. Not because they are perfect, although in most cases their execution of sales, delivery, and repair is flawless, but if there are problems the management will proactively ask you how they can help if you call with reasonable and grounded issues and solve them immediately. They really do earn the business and it shows.
