Go anywhere but Barons. From their misogynistic sales force to their high priced poor quality appliances, you will regret your actions. Don't even bother with albeit the essential extended warranty because no one at Barons will help you when you need their help.....and you will!

Save yourself a lot of time, money and aggravation. Buy any and all appliances from any other company rather than this place. Especially washer and dryer sets that you think are new. The service at this company is terrible and unreliable. Sales reps are unsympathetic and outright lie to make a sale. After two bad business experiences and now having read the reviews, I suspect this company tries to pass off old/used, damaged appliances as new. I am sorry that Mr. ******* has had a negative experience. It appears that this customer did have a washing machine replaced by us back on October 21st of 2016, 3 days after the original model had been delivered (note of damaged by delivery is on our return form for the first washer delivered) with the dryer. From the pictures we have on file (taken by the delivery team with "no damage" noted on the file), the machine appears to have been brand new, unused, as both Energy Guide stickers are still affixed to the item. My one star rating is generous. I purchased a washer/dryer unit in December from the Plaistow store. Their customer service was terrible! The new appliance I bought was defective. Baron's uses a third party company for their tech service and I was told it would be two weeks before they could send someone out to look at it. The tech said the appliance would need a new control center which is the most important part of the unit. We purchased a very expensive washer and dryer from them AND the 5 year extended warranty as well. We have had an ongoing issue with the washer for a year or so, and have had repairs several times, but despite this, the condition persists. Our warranty was purchased just to avoid this and give us peace of mind. We have contacted Barons NUMEROUS TIMES, as well as their repair service. They have done nothing but blow us off, not returning phone calls and not honoring the warranty we have. We are disgusted and will NOT let this... read more
