Just replaced a door strike on my LG Front Load washing machine. That’s the small part that latches in so the door locks. Without that you can’t run the machine. Based on what I could find on line, it looked like Home Depot and Lowe’s only sold the whole door. Figured I’d call a shop with decades of experience instead. They found the part in stock and I picked it up for $20. They were so down to Earth and friendly. To replace the door would’ve been around $300 plus probably a service call of $150 at least. Call numerous times. Left multiple voicemails. Even stopped in twice and this place doesn't appear to be open. And nobody calls you back. I live out of town and drove up there twice to have the place closed during business hours. I certainly don't recommend this place to anyone as it's a waste of time trying to contact them. Never let me down be patient store is busy very helpful
Horrible service turned into a nightmare. Wait forever on the phone and In store. She got frustrated because a part was taking so long and told me to go elsewhere after years of service with multiple companies. Always a Pain that No credit cards are accepted. I can’t do business with her type of personality or lack of it. After the review she printed it out and brought it to where I work along with the part she forgot to give me.
