Tried to buy a part for our washing machine here. Called their number, went to VM. Left a message but since I live nearby I went over. Door was unlocked but nobody was working there. I called their phone number from the store and it went immediately to VM. Waited a few minutes and nobody came. Came back about an hour and a half later and a woman was there but she was talking on the phone, clearly not a business call. She walked into the back room and closed the door. OK, message received, I will order the part online.
Needed to replace a bad drain motor on my Kenmore front loading washing machine. I showed up with bad drain motor in hand, and the lady knew exactly what I needed. With no hesitation retrieved my new part. The price was right The service was impeccable and impressive. I would most definitely recommended and use this business again. Thank you for the part I needed so i could get the laundry up and running again. Great job Manchester appliance parts.
So helpful! They had the exact relay I needed to fix my refrigerator. More expensive than online but well worth it to not let my food go bad. Cash or check only.
