I did not get her name, but the woman that I dealt with behind the counter was second to none in service and knowledge. Even though I entered the correct model dishwasher that my girlfriend has I was sent the wrong top rack adjustment kit online. So just to double check she had me pull up the order number and make sure that I had the correct one. Sure enough it was off one digit and she saved me an awful lot of headache and time.
