The excellent experience began with the receptionists. They called me when there was a next day cancellation and I was so grateful! They gave me a procedure estimate within minutes also, so no surprises. I was extremely nervous..however The nurse who helped me has been there for over 13 years and is so personable and caring. Dr. Baronne is also so professional, personable and explained the process of dealing with my ingrown toenail. Clean, comfortable. I didn't feel a thing! Thank you so much to the team
It started out good but as soon as a complication came up Baronne had nothing left to say. He didn't even recommend a follow up appointment. He gave me a shot in a bump that came up after my surgery to dissolve it and within an hour the whole front of my foot was swole up and almost a year later its still swollen. I can only wear a soft sole open shoe and I can't walk across the floor barefoot without pain. I wish I had never had the procedure done by him.
