I was the one who had the appointment. Julia Haskin. I had a great appointment but no one advised me that I was having a different hygienist. I was somewhat taken aback. But soon got over it and everything went fine after that. Next time I would like to be informed before I go in. I really enjoy having Tee working in my mouth. I feel comfortable with her and as long as she is employed in this practice I would like to keep going to her.
The team is amazing. They always are very friendly and accommodating to needs. I needed help with a cracked tooth on a Friday morning, and they not only took my concern seriously, but they also were able to find an endodontist to quickly get me in for a root canal. On a Friday afternoon, they spent time with me over the phone to help me when they really were already closed for the day. I appreciate them so much and their caring nature. You can tell they care about each other, as well.
