Shout out to Sara. I bought my MINI here about six months ago. During the service check months later she recognized that when I bought the car, the tread wear on two of my tires were not within the standard. During this service, she went to the manager of her department And I received two free tires. The dealership and service department I would highly recommend!
Took my Mini for the annual oil change and was told it was over due for a brake line flush. They always keep the Mini up to dare with any service due. Sara there does a great job of keeping me updated on the service progress. Sara’s very friendly and professional.

Called Baron Mini because my car wouldn't start after stopping a couple of places. They told me to get a jump and head over. They were very polite and called me. by name. My Mini got checked over, a new battery and got washed . Thanks for your help.
I took my Mini in for service & repair on a Saturday. Someone called to let me know that the needed part wouldn’t arrive until Monday and asked if I needed a loaner vehicle for the weekend. I confirmed that the part would arrive and my car would be ready for pickup Monday before denying the need for a loaner. When I hadn’t heard anything by late Monday afternoon, I called to check in.
