I appreciate the work they did and replacing the part that was needed. I also appreciate that they were able to provide a loaner so that I could still do the things needed with how busy life is.

At least I didn’t leave with a huge bill & a multi page list of “recommendations” to fix. I would not take my Mini anywhere but a Mini service place. I do wish they would still have loaner vehicles when we drop off our vehicles, but that’s gone. I wish they still would do detailing, but not anymore. I also don’t see very many people smiling or happy. That’s too bad. Sara Mertin’s is the best, though. I’m glad she is the one that takes care of me & my car ☺️ She’s great. She did fix my Apple CarPlay for me too!!
