We found this restaurant near where we just relocated to. Friendly & fast service. The food was piping hot, fresh and proportionately seasoned! We really enjoyed the ambiance of a family-oriented restaurant, and have claimed it as our "home away from home" eatery. They really made us feel 'at home,' and even agreed to make inquiries to accommodate a special friend with food allergies. If you're ever in the Catskill region, stop by Barnwood ... you won't be disappointed!!
Had lunch with my Mother here on Friday October 6th and it was delicious. I had a turkey sandwich on a hard roll and a side of homemade mac salad--delish, my Mother had the fish and chips with fries and she loved it. Service was great and place was almost full of patrons from the time we got there till the time we left. Def will go back again in a heartbeat!
We have a project manager meeting weekly and order lunch from barnwood all the time. Never disappointed. Homemade popcorn chicken is the best but the barnwood burger is a close second.
Barnwood fried chicken is amazing. Better sides options would make them even better.
I love this place great food , great price & service you can't beat anywhere .
The service was very slow. Once we got our food we had to eat it fast so the flies wouldn’t eat it first. Way too many flies in the place. Very annoying!
The the whole restaurant stunk of shellac..left a bad taste in my throat. Owners should have closed for the day but instead put it's costumers in harms way..thanks for that.
