Be careful, study your lease. We moved here from a long distance so had to make some concessions on our house choice. We spent out of pocket to work with the shortcomings: we bought/installed AC units, fixed up outdated kitchen cabinets, worked around a large abandoned fountain in the yard, even replaced a leaky kitchen faucet, among other things. Had a great time last Night the wine was delish bought 2 bottles the music was great the venue was very nice. We are seniors and I received a text not to be on our phones. Now I’m sure and I assume you sent everyone the same message. May I suggest that cameras and phones be turned off with an announcement before the music starts. Again only a suggestion thank you
I recently moved into a property managed by Barnhill Property Management and it has been a COMPLETE 180 from normal management groups. They are easy to get ahold of, respond super promptly to any issues or questions that we have, and really care about their tenants. The home is beautiful and in a wonderful neighborhood. They made move in (a normally SUPER stressful process) so smooth.
