I recently moved into a property managed by Barnhill Property Management and it has been a COMPLETE 180 from normal management groups. They are easy to get ahold of, respond super promptly to any issues or questions that we have, and really care about their tenants. The home is beautiful and in a wonderful neighborhood. They set up a scheduled showing (her name was Abby) with you - have you wait for over twenty minutes, and they never show up. They don’t respond to the calls or texts either to explain why they wasted your time and gas. I wouldn’t consider these unprofessional people.
Recently moved out of one of Barnhills properties, and I can fully say with confidence they are amazing. Any issue I encountered, Abby was quick to help. Definitely a great group of people.
