I had an unfortunate experience applying for a unit at 111 Raglan. The application is more extensive than other buildings I’ve applied to, and they do want first and last up front before even approving you. They then asked for additional docs not listed, but it was fine because it was all reasonable. I was then told I would hear back within a week, but nothing came. The receptionist doesn't answer the phone and forwards calls to her cell but there are no voicemail.options..how can we reach them? Are they still in business

I lived at 1442 Appartment for over a year and a half plus. During that time, I always paid my rent on the first of every month, even though the rent was very high— $2,600 for a two-bedroom apartment. I never had any payment issues or conflicts with management. Unfortunately, the condition of the building gradually deteriorated. There were recurring bedbug issues, unpleasant odours, poor cleanliness, and on more than one occasion I even saw dead rats in or around the building.
