Based on the cock roach infested apt bldgs they own , this is not a company you want to work for or be associated with. They should be shamed to cleanup the buildings where tenants are withholding rent due to " slum landlord" conditions. Sad that Toronto has landlords like this & Mayor Chow does nothing to fix problem.
100 Rowena is run by a bunch of clowns who are going to catch a discrimination case just because I have all the time in the world and free legal counsel due to odsp. Those management thinks they can operate above the law. I've already made them face fines twice trying to get a countertop replaced for 3 years.
I think they deserve a zero star for their buildings in Lawrence avenue .
Very sad to see them not maintaing their properties tenants are people you must respect them...very sad.
