Waitress went MIA on more than 1 occasion for over 10 minutes at a time. Very little eye contact when passing by. Seemed very inexperienced for the caliber of restaurant. The food was very good, but could have been warmer, again I feel from the lack of experience. There were tables around us that came well after us and left well before us that had different servers. We literally had another server track her down to pay our bill. She offered alot of apologies and excuses. I would prefer she just do her job.

the food was a bit disappointing the rare steak came back well done and some of the food seemed pre-made, at the price of a steakhouse I expect them to make their own gravy (maybe they did), but it tasted canned.
I had the meatloaf because it was not prime rib night. They call it the brick! It truly was excellent no filler just great meatloaf no ketchup required. Waitress was very good. Nothing was in a hurry but neither were we.
