Where should I start... Over the past 2 years they have lost 3 of our deer. This year they called and said it was ready. I went to pick it up the next day and it had mysteriously all vanished except for 3 small tubes of summer sausage. The summer sausage is the most AWFUL Nasty crap I have ever tasted in my life and I will never be convinced that it wasn't made with canned dog. 10 out of 10 would not recommend. Take you meat elsewhere.

Took my son's first deer for processing, they said 1-2 weeks, 5 weeks later we got it. The worst part is the jerky and the snack sticks are horrible! They smell and taste very bad. We are very disappointed. I have given 5 different people some and they all say the same thing, it's horrible. Maybe we got a bad batch, I don't know. I drove an hour each way, 90 for processing and it's all going to waste. I could not recommend to anyone I'm sorry.
