One of the best medical care visits I have had
Pleasant experience.
Dr. Dietz listens to me, is very understanding of my point of view, and is willing to hear me out on my view of my plan of care. I trust her very much to advise me if anything I do is not helpful
Dr Brar didn't listen and didn't know my condition (FMD). I told her that triptans are NOT recommended for migraineurs with FMD and she told me rizatriptan wasn't a triptan. Really?? After waiting a week for my prescription to show up at the pharmacy, I sent a portal note. Curt reply saying it had been sent. Went to the pharmacy and it wasn't the right medication -- it was a triptan. So I'm scared that not only are they slow (24 minute hold time is typical!) but dangerous if the patient doesn't know their own condition. Now ... read more
Dr. Dietz gave all the time needed, did not feel rushed. Gave me attention because of my condition. She gave me options. Very professional.
She listened to my needs and responded.
Again, would give an excellent rating if available! Dr. Dietz is an awesome doctor. I know she has my best interest and health in mind and watches my symptoms, if any, carefully. She keeps my PCP informed as well. I have complete trust in her
Dr Hardy...stay away from this doctor. He did the tests. I went for my exam and tests, and then he dropped me with no DIAGNOSIS and referred me elsewhere. I have to rely on Alexa for my concerns. I believe I have a terminal illness and I am forced to wait another 6 months for another doctor. The office is very very hard to reach. So I stopped by in person and I was kicked out because I had a legitimate complaint. I want to know how long I have to live, and what my diagnosis is. I wrote several letters.
