They won’t ever have my business. My laptop screen started showing lines. They said it would cost me $550 JUST for the screen…..plus labor. I went home and ordered one for $100. I watched a dozen or so you tube videos to see how difficult it was to change them out. They popped out a few screws and just switched them out. I didn’t have the proper tools for the tiny screws so I took it back to Barnett’s to see if they would do it. I braced myself for a $100 charge. Nope! $225! They were SO helpful. Customer service was amazing! I highly recommend if you have any technical problems to come here! They explained everything so well and worked with me throughout the process!
